iPACS serves as a resource for its Clients. We do the research and find solutions that take the tedious, busy work out of the Dealership's hands. This allows the Dealership to better serve their customers. In other words, we work with the Dealership to keep customers professionally serviced and coming back. The iPACS team has worked in the Automotive industry for 30+ years, we are all to familiar with the story of solutions that promise the world but never deliver or get implemented because service management simply does not have the time to implement and maintain it. iPacs takes the time to research the industry so recommendations can be made to Dealer Clients. We currently provide expertise for Automotive Service Marketing, Service Maintenance Menus, Appointments/Shop Loading and Service Phone issues.
